For over 150 years, Apprentis d'Auteuil has been working with young people to assist them with their journey through school into work. By working closely with vulnerable groups, they have been highly successful in preventing students from giving up on their studies or training. Apprentis d'Auteuil's support programmes offer young students the chance of a good education or training – enabling them to find a place in society and helping them to directly support their families.
Sofronie supported the Makerspace mobile project that tries out innovative educational projects that focus on new technologies as a means of supporting effective pupil learning and cooperation. The project took place over three years in more than five schools located in the Aquitaine and Midi-Pyrénées regions. Approximately 950 students took part in design and construction as well as learning 3D printing and robotic technology.
